I purchased eyebrow razors to sheer my loose hairs but after cutting off 2 partial locs, I went back to using the razor blade shears. I don't recall how much time it took but for sure more than 2 hours. I have also decided not to tighten my entire head total; focusing only on the first 4 or 5 rows at the front and 2 or 3 in the back and around the ears. The middle of my hair only received one full rotation regardless of the amount of new growth. I'm still doing sets using pipe cleaners. I like that it shortens my hair significantly. However, the length still is at that awkward length that bugs me by touching my neck or getting in my eyes sometimes. I'm going into my 10th month of being loc'd
