Well the re-ti is now complete. Sadly I must say that I have lost 4 locks this time. They had thinned really bad and one snapped as I tried to tighten it and the other three (a 2 headed dragon and a single thin lock) snapped as I mistakenly attached the single lock to the other 2 and couldn't get it untangled. So now I am down to about 632 locks...still a lot so I don't think I am going to miss those few.
I also discovered that I would rather tighten all in one of two days instead of over the course of weeks like I did this time. It was too much to go back in each time to try to find the ones that had already been tightened.
